Coal gangue introduction:
Coal gangue is a rock mixed with organic and inorganic compounds co-deposited with coal during coal formation.Usually in a thin layer and in the coal seam or in the top of the coal seam, the bottom of the coal seam.From the perspective of coal mining, domestic coal mines produce 104.5 billion tons of coal, 38.5 billion tons of coal, and 1.9 billion tons of waste rock.Therefore, there are more than 1,500 meteorites in state-owned coal mines nationwide, with a cumulative volume of more than 3 billion tons (accounting for more than 40% of China’s total industrial solid waste discharge).
Coal gangue processing:
After the three-stage closed loop treatment, the coal gangue meets the further processing requirements of the building materials.The first,jaw crusher for primary crushing.Second,impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing.Third,vertical impact crusher for sand making and shaping,the crushing and screening process of coal gangue is completed by the classification of the circular vibrating screen.
The first stage: coarse crush
The large coal gangue silo is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.The coarsely crushed coal gangue is conveyed by a belt conveyor to a impact crusher or a cone crusher for fine crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
After the coal gangue conveyed to the impact crusher/cone crusher is finely crushed,grading with a circular vibrating screen,the larger particles of coal gangue are returned to the impact crusher/cone crusher broken again.
The third stage: sand making and shaping
The coal gangue after the second stage crushing and screening is transported by the belt conveyor to the vertical impact crusher for further crushing and shaping,until the customer needs the product.If the finished coal gangue has requirements on the powder content, it can be sent to a sand washing machine for cleaning or processed by a coarse powder separator.
